Here you can see our current timetable. This shows our weekly gym classes offered at The Tribe Bootkamp in Riviera, Mijas Costa. At The Tribe, you can join a mix of cross train, HIIT, Box Fit, GAP focused and suspension training classes, as well as yoga and pilates. We offer classes in the mornings and evenings on weekdays, as well as a circuit training session on Saturdays.
Our aim is to offer a variety of times and classes so that you easily can find something that fits your schedule and goals. We even offer blast and HIIT classes of 30 minutes for those who just want a quick (but very effective) workout. With The Tribe Bootkamp, it's easy to fit your fitness sessions into even the busiest of weeks!
If you wish to work out with us every day, you can easily do so without getting bored. That's because, at The Tribe, every session is different, with unique exercises for different focus areas. Mix and match different classes as you like or stick to a weekly schedule. We are more than happy to share our recommendations based on your goals. And don't forget that in addition to the group classes, we also offer personal training sessions!

Our cross training bootcamp class is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a high-intensity level.
Our suspension workout classes are a type of resistance/strength training that uses what looks like a set of ropes or straps to allow you to work against your own body weight. This is a full body workout that is perfect for people who are new to fitness.
Pilates fitness classes are a form of exercise that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength.
Our pre & postnatal class is all about building strong cores, resilient pelvic floors, and inspiring the next generation to embrace the joy of exercise. Child friendly class!
Our GAP fitness classes are a complete lower body workout aimed at toning the glutes, abs and legs.
Yoga classes are an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration and deep breathing.
Our HIIT 30 bootcamp classes are a 30-minute high intensity interval training program that involves exercises performed in fast bursts with few breaks.
Our GAP blast gym workout is a 30 minute lower body workout aimed at toning the glutes, abs and legs in a quick and effective class.
Our Box Fit gym workout is a 40 minute full body workout aimed at working the whole body in a quick and effective class.
