At The Tribe Bootkamp, you can join a variety of cross-training, HIIT workouts, strength training, and suspension training classes designed to improve fitness, endurance, and muscle strength. We offer morning and evening group fitness classes on weekdays, plus Saturday circuit training to help you stay active all week.


Our goal is to provide high-intensity workouts that fit any schedule, whether you prefer full-body strength sessions or functional training for maximum results. Every session is unique, focusing on different functional movements, muscle-building, and cardio conditioning, ensuring you never get bored.

For those looking for personalized fitness coaching, we also offer one-on-one personal training to help you achieve your weight loss, strength, or endurance goals

The Tribe Bootkamp Class Descriptions

At The Tribe Bootkamp, we offer a variety of different gym classes in Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa. For more information about our fitness classes, check out our class descriptions. Cross Training

Our cross training bootcamp class is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a high-intensity level.

Suspension training

 Our suspension workout classes are a type of resistance/strength training that uses what looks like a set of ropes or straps to allow you to work against your own body weight. This is a full body workout that is perfect for people who are new to fitness.
